Nice to meet you here, at the place created for reporting from my a little bit crazy trips by wild, as a rule northern, rivers, lakes and roads.

  Wild nature. What could be more beautiful, more delicate and strongest? I am sure, nothing. Being inside, in the heart of Nature, a hundred miles from any people, you could really feel yourself. As a lens is focusing on sunshine, as wild nature is cleaning and concentrating your spirit.

  With this site, I try to show not just photos from unknown and far places somewhere in the Arctic or Siberia, but I also try to forward you that spirit of the North what I call a “shouting silence”. 

  Actually, I also love sea kayaking and there's beautiful kayaking in Tenerife!

  I do not know why, but the North has something mystical, I think so. There is no a lot of colors, but it’s colorful, there are nobody around, but you permanently feel someone’s sight. Sky is changeable as in some magic kaleidoscope, it breathes with fantastic multi-colored shades.

  As a rule, I travel alone with my dog. Sometimes it seams dangerous, but if you are careful, it is the best way to learn nature, in fact. I believe the rule that there are no reasons to afraid, if there are no people. You could be a part of the nature and it is tremendous feeling.

My style of traveling

  I travel by car so far as it possible and then, if it needed, by plane or ship to the places where are no road. My target is reaching the border of wild country and then traveling alone by kayak. Biggest problem is to return to the place where you have started by kayak. All northern rivers are flow to the northern deserted territories and you cannot come back against a strong watercourse.
