About Me

  Hello,

My name is Gregory Kabaliuk and I am working in an Int'l Trade Consulting company in Olsztyn, Poland. I try to reserve time, particularly during the summer, for traveling to Siberian deserted territories and photography, which are my passions. I grew up by Dnipro River in Ukraine and therefore love water landscapes, as is evident in the photos on this website.

My Plans for the Future

I have paddled by kayak just a few Siberian rivers until now, but I have big plans for the future. Next year I want to reach Magadan by car and to paddle along Indigirka River in North-Eastern  Siberia.

Plans for the further future will be ready after I come back from mentioned trip. Siberia is big and wide, there are enough wild rivers, much more than for 100 years under condition that you paddle a few of them yearly.

About My Realized Travels
Here's a log of my travels to date. If you'd like to see my pictures of some of these places, please check out my photo pages with river's names. August 2005: Jerba Island (Mediterranian Sea, Tunisia); June-July 2005: Ende River, Kureyka River and Diupkun Lake (highlands Plato Putorana, Siberia); July 2004: Brda River (Poland); May 2003: Wadong River (Poland); June 1999: Dnipro River (Ukraine).
